Lavender Literacy Services was founded by former English Teacher and Curriculum Specialist, Shelley Kozma. Shelley spent over two decades serving students and teachers alike as a classroom teacher, educational technologist, writing coach and instructional designer. After making the difficult decision to step away from public education, Shelley has decided to use her creativity and desire to support teachers in their educational journeys to reach outside of a single school district. The ultimate goal of our on-site support is to identify areas of need and to develop strategies for improvement and success of the school community.
